Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, to ensure the provision of affordable and easily accessible healthcare services to the people of Anambra at the grassroots level, the Anambra State Primary Health Care Development Agency (ASPHCDA) is pleased to announce an open call for applications from suitably qualified Anambrarians. These individuals will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of healthcare services delivered at the Primary Health Centers (PHCs) across the twenty-one (21) Local Government Health Authorities within the state.

Available Job Positions

The ASPHCDA is seeking passionate and qualified candidates to fill various positions, each contributing to the overall goal of improving healthcare in Anambra State. Below are the available job positions along with their respective requirements:

Senior Medical Officers II, GL. 12 (Computer Proficiency)

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A degree in Medicine and Surgery.
  • Registration with the relevant professional bodies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

Nursing Officers II/Nursing Superintendents, GL 08

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Nursing qualifications from a recognized institution.

Community Health Officers/Community Health Extension Workers, GL. 08

Candidates applying for this position should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Community Health from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body.

Junior Community Health Extension Workers, GL. 06

Requirements for this role include:

  • A certificate in Community Health.
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body.

Health Assistants, GL. 04

Candidates interested in this position should possess:

  • A relevant certificate in Health Assistance.
  • Registration with the required professional body.

Health Attendant, GL. 02

To be eligible for this role, candidates should have:

  • A certificate in Health Attendant.
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body.
