Required Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1. NCCCO TLL or Equivalent with 3 Years Experience: We’re looking for operators who are certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) with experience in operating Telehandler Cranes (TLL) or an equivalent certification.
2. Overhead Crane Endorsement with Experience: If you have experience in operating overhead cranes, this will be a valuable asset.
3. Safe Practices and Knowledgeable Experience Lifting and Hoisting Material: Safety is a top priority at Bragg Companies. You must have a strong understanding of safe lifting and hoisting practices.
4. Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential, as you may be required to transport cranes to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
While these qualifications are not mandatory, they will be considered as a plus:

1. Nuclear Experience Preferred but not Required: Experience in nuclear operations is preferred, but not mandatory. If you have worked in nuclear facilities, it’s a definite advantage.
2. Familiar with Various Crane Types: Being familiar with different crane types, including Polar Crane, Overhead Crane, and Mobile Crane, is beneficial and may open up additional opportunities within our organization.
